My Story...

After training as a beautician in Hull, I relocated to Staffordshire in 2002 and started as an employee at a beauty salon in Cheadle.

​

It was during these years I picked up vital skills and invaluable advice about the world of beauty treatments and especially with regards to what the client wants - so much that after a few years I felt confident enough to start my own business.

 

I established Woodleigh Beauty Salon in 2007 - named after the property in which we lived, with 120 rich years of history.

 

Juggling the business with a marriage in 2010 and two children born in 2011 and 2013 - it was a busy time, especially when we had to care for my husband’s parents who had terminal illnesses.

 

In 2013, I relocated back to my hometown and settled in Anlaby Park.

 

Having had to start from scratch again, I soon established a loyal client base of whom many remain clients today. I firmly believe this is because my clients had peace of mind of the treatment quality, knowing that it would always be one-on-one with myself.

 

Now the children are at school and following a complete salon revamp with a higher class of products, I am thoroughly looking forward to dedicating more of my time into making this an experience for you to remember.
